O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the father of the detenue. The minor detenu is aged about 17 years. The respondent police have secured the person, while she states that she went away with one of her friends, subsequently, she realised that what she had done was wrong and she appears before the second respondent police, who produced her before this Court.

2.We have also counselled the detenu and she realised her mistake and she is willing to join with her parents. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention. We have also advised the petitioner.

3. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
