O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 30.11.2018 passed in E.P.No.102 of 2014 in O.S.No.155 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputtur.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that E.P.No.102 of 2014 was filed to execute the ex parte decree. Subsequently, the suit in O.S.No.155 of 2012 on the file of the Principal District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivilliputtur, was disposed of by its decree and judgment, dated 25.02.2019.

3. In view of the above, in our considered opinion nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

4. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on record.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

6. No costs.

7. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
