ORDER

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent police not to interfere in the civil dispute and thereby, restraining the 2nd respondent from harassing the petitioner.

2. On the previous hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner appeared before the Enquiry Officer twice in pursuance to settle the money dispute.

3. On that ground, the matter was listed today, to get instruction from the Enquiry Officer.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the complaint itself closed on 23.07.2021, observing that it is a money transaction. So, there is no question of harassment since the complaint has been closed.

5. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
