[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Heard Mr.S.Thamizharasan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.T.Mohan, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

2. The petitioner has filed this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondent Police to trace her husband M.Sadham Husen, aged about 29 years, produce him before this Court and set him at liberty.

3. On enquiry both the petitioner as well as the detenu, namely, Sadham Husen, we find that there were minor differences of opinion between them in their matrimonial life, though it was a love marriage. They have two minor children. We have extensively advised them and the detenu is now ready to live together with his wife / petitioner and to take care of his minor children.
