ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents to pay the arrears of salary from 27.06.2019 the date of joining as Secretary till date.

2.The post of Secretary is falling under the common cadre service and therefore, he has to exhaust the statutory remedies in the manner known to law. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the first respondent / Joint Registrar of Cooperative Society and thereafter, the Registrar of Co-operative Society to redress his grievance in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
