Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.SARAVANAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.SIVAKUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.4352/2022, dated 14.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. He would further submit that the investigation is pending.

4. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court once in 15 days (i.e, on every first and third week of Monday) at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
