ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for modifying the condition imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram in Crl.M.P.No.1009 of 2023, dated 28.01.2022 on the ground that the petitioner is aged about 84 years. However, he was directed to appear before the respondent police station daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 05.00 p.m until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the age of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in Para No.7(ii) imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Court, Ramanathapuram in https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7778 of 2023 Crl.M.P.No.1009 of 2023, dated 28.01.2022 to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
