ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.) This petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner's daughter namely Abirami aged about 20 years, either in person or body before this Court and thereupon set her at liberty from the illegal detention of the 3rd & 4th respondents forthwith.

2. Today, the detenue Abirami aged about 20 years has been produced. On enquiry by us, she stated that she has married the third respondent, viz., Rajesh and wants to live with him. This is also informed to the petitioner, who is present before this Court. Since the detenu is a major and that she wants to lead her own https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

life, the same is recorded and the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
