ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 13.07.2018 made in H.M.C.M.A.No.1 of 2016 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Theni at 1/4

Periyakulam, modifying the fair and decreetal order, dated 10.03.2015 made in I.A.No.46 of 2014 in H.M.O.P.No.29 of 2013 on the file of the Sub Court, Theni.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and hence, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
