ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd and 3rd respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members except under due process of law.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there was a land dispute between the petitioner's husband and one Sathaiah. In this regard, the petitioner made a complaint dated 08.05.2021 before the respondent police. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents 2 and 3 conspired with the said Sathaiah and his subordinates, threatened the petitioner and her family members to withdraw the complainant and purposely evaded to take action against him. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 4.Whatever might be the circumstances, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7301 of 2021 08.05.2021 by following the principles laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in D.K.Basu Vs. State of West Bengal reported in AIR (1997) SC 610.
