ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "EXTENSION OF TIME FOR LOWER COURT" and upon perusing earlier orders of this Court dated 02.02.2021, 12.11.2021,23.06.2022,05.01.2023 and 13.07.2023 and the requisition letter submitted by the Principal District Judge,

Madurai in D.No.5985, dated 11.08.2023, seeking further extension of one month time for disposal of the case in O.S.No.162/2021 on the file of the Principal District Court, Madurai, this Court made the following order:- The learned Principal District Judge, Madurai sent a letter dated 11.08.2023, requesting extension of further time of one month to dispose of O.S.No.162 of 2021, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 02.02.2021.

2. Having considered the reason stated in the letter dated 11.08.2023, this Court is inclined to extend for another one month to dispose of O.S.No.162 of 2021. Accordingly, one month time is extended as prayed for, from today to dispose of O.S.No.162 of 2021.
