O R D E R

The petitioner has sought for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct appropriate enquiry as required under law and expeditiously dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2023.

2.The petitioner has made an application on 06.11.2023, based on assignment issued in favour of the petitioner. 3.Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

4.Learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that since the lands are classified as Government Tharisu lands, the approval of the first respondent would be necessary, before issuing patta to the petitioner, if otherwise, the petitioner is found to be entitled to the said patta.

5.Considering the above, the application of the petitioner dated 06.11.2023, shall be disposed of, by the fourth respondent, after getting necessary approval from the first respondent. The said exercise shall be concluded within a period of twelve [12] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
