Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.84/2005 (NCLP) dated 23.12.2013 on the file of the respondent No.2 and quash the same.

ORDER

The writ petitioner was working as Vocational Teacher and she was working at Palavanthan Special Training Centre. The writ petitioner was engaged as Temporary Instructor and she was transferred from Palavantham to Kariyapatti. The impugned order of transfer has been issued in proceedings dated 23.12.2013 and now after lapse of 5 years, no further consideration is required as far as the transfer order is concerned.

2. Transfer is an incidental to service more so, conditions of service. In the order of transfer, it is stated that the employment of the writ petitioner was temporary. It is further stated that the writ petitioner cannot claim any regularization, permanent absorption or priority. Admitting theses condition, the writ petitioner was serving in the post of Instructor.

3. Under these circumstances, the order of transfer issued during the year 2013 reserves no further consideration at this length of time and as far as the present circumstances are concerned, it is left open to the authorities competent to take a decision on merits and in accordance with law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With these observations, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
