ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed for a direction to direct the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, to dispose of the joint trial proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2017, H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2018 and G.W.O.P.No.6 of 2018 within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

2.Having regard to the limited scope of prayer sought for in the revision petition, this Court is inclined to allow this revision petition with the following direction:

2.1.The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, is directed to dispose of the joint trial proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.4 of 2017, H.M.O.P.No.91 of 2018 and G.W.O.P.No.6 of 2018 (all are connected) within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is allowed. No costs.
