This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order dated 08.04.2014 passed by the third respondent in Ref.No.MSU/R/CD/QA/AP/SXC/2014, in and by which, the 3rd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respondent returned the proposal sent by the petitioner, seeking certain documents, which are not applicable to the minority educational institution. The petitioner also sought a direction to the 3rd Respondent / Manonmaniam Sundaranar University to grant qualification-Approval forthwith to the appointment of 27 Assistant Professors (Name List annexed) in the petitioner's college with effect from the dates of their respective appointments.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that since the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been granted in respect of 24 persons out of 27, as two persons have already left the job and the approval is kept pending with regard to yet another person on account of some reasons, this petition may be closed as having become infructuous. He has further submitted that if any adverse order is passed against the person, who is in service, liberty may be granted to him to challenge the same.
