2. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the 2/4

suit in O.S.No.40 of 2016 has already been disposed on merits. In evidence, she produced the true print out of the judgment downloaded from the e-Court website. On perusal of the same, it appears that O.S.No. 40 of 2016 has been disposed on 19.06.2019 on merits. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. All the three Civil Revision Petitions stand dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
