ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 not to conduct any survey in Survey Nos.73/1, 74/1, 75/1, 80/1, 81/1, 81/3A1, 85/1A, 86/1, 87, 88/2, and 89/3, situated at Keelavallanadu Village, Srivaikundam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, until the disposal of O.S.No.26 of 2025, on the file of the Principal District Court, Thoothukudi District, and consequently to consider the petitioner's representation dated 14.03.2025.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submitted that no survey will be conducted in respect of the subject properties pursuant to the orders passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.(MD)No.829 of 2025 and C.M.P.(MD)No.5490 of 2025, dated 28.03.2025 [Chellappa vs. A.Ramadass Rao and others].

3. Since the respondents are not undertaking the survey, the cause of action in the present Writ Petition does not survive. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
