[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J] The petitioner is the mother of the detenue and claiming that she has been illegally detained by the third respondent, the present petition is filed.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the detenue moved this Court for grant of police protection fearing threat to her life at the instance of the petitioner herein and accordingly, this Court directed the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Superintendent of Police, Ramanathapuram, to give protection and the detenue has also appeared before the Superintendent of Police.
3. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention. This habeas corpus petition is closed.
