This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Ilayangudi, Sivagangai District in I.A.No.36 of 2019 in O.S.No.25 of 2018, dated 11.02.2019.

2.Today(22.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, Registry has put up the case details of O.S.No.25 of 2018 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Ilayangudi, Sivagangai District, which reveals that the suit in O.S.No.25 of 2018 has already been disposed of as early as on 18.02.2021 itself. 3.The learned counsel appearing on either side has also confirmed the same.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition and accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
