C-60. To Modify and set aside the condition imposed in condition No.10(iii) in the order dated 21.04.2025 made in Crl.R.C(MD). No.50 of 2025 directing the petitioner to deposit the original registration certificate of the vehicle.

ORDER

Only for the limited purpose of renewing the RC book, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking to modify the condition No.3. In this regard, the petitioner is permitted to file an affidavit along with the petition stating that he will return the RC book after renewal before the learned Trial Court. The said exercise should be completed within a period of one month.
