ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM,J.) The petitioner is the mother of the detenu, who has married the second respondent. Both of them are majors. The petitioner agreed that whatever the Court suggests, she is willing to accept the same.

2. We have given counselling to the detenu to be in touch with the petitioner and have a cordial relationship with her and they have also agreed.

3. We have advised to meet them today itself and thus, we find no illegal detention of the detenu.
