This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to conduct the enquiry and register a case based upon the petitioner's representation, dated 11.03.2025.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police would submit that they have received the representation of the petitioner and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of one week. 3.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition and recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition is disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to complete the enquiry based on the representation of the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of this order, after affording opportunities to both parties in accordance with law. 2/4
