PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent vide Se.Mu.Aa.No.Na.Ka.3189/ 2023/NuThi dated. 19.03.2024 and consequential impugned order passed by the 4th respondent vide Se.Mu.Aa.No.Na.Ka.01/2024, dated 20.03.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to continue to give the effect of the order passed by this 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.3189/2023, NuThi Dated. 15.12.2023 and consequential order passed by the 4th respondent in Na.Ka.01/2024 Se(1) dated. 11.01.2024.
