This Civil Revision Petition has been filed as against the order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Manamadurai in I.A.No.444 of 2018 in O.S.No.61 of 2016, dated 07.02.2019. 2.Today(22.08.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner and it is reported that the learned counsel for the petitioner is no more.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the suit in O.S.No.61 of 2016, pending on the file of the Principal District Munsif Court, Manamadurai has already been disposed of on 05.11.2020 and as against which, the petitioner has preferred an appeal in A.S.No.1 of 2021 before the Subordinate Court, Manamadurai and in view of the above nothing survives in this Civil Revision Petition. 2/4
