Prayer in W.P(MD)No.23818 of 2024:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records pertaining to the 1/4
order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul in Cr.M.P.No.23453 of 2023 dated 16.08.2024 and quash the same as illegal and pass such other or further orders as this Honble Court.
ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. T. Lenin Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Mr. V. Sukumar, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: 'This petition is filed seeking extension of time for six months to comply with the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.23818 of 2024, dated 04.10.2024. 2.In the said Writ Petition, this Court directed the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs. 14,93,292/- in six consecutive equal monthly installments. However, the petitioners have paid only five installments and therefore, seeking extension of time, they have filed this petition.
3.Considering the request made by the petitioners, this Court directs the petitioners to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 30.04.2025 and the balance amount shall be paid within three months. It is made clear that if there is any default in the aforesaid payment, the respondent Bank is at liberty to take possession in accordance with law.
