The learned counsel for the petitioner is not contesting the revision, considering the fact that the suit has reached the argument stage. However, she seeks a direction from this Court to the learned Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.84 of 2019 within a period of one month. 2.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Lalgudi, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.84 of 2019 within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
