ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 10.08.2021, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the matter may be referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Madurai District for settling the issue. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the matter was also referred to the Social Welfare Officer, Madurai District, and the interim protection was also granted.

2. As per the directions of this Court the parties are appeared before the Social Welfare Officer, Madurai District and the Social Welfare Officer has filed a report before this Court, wherein it is stated that the petitioner is not ready to return the jewels. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also the fact that the petitioner is not ready to return the jewels to the defacto complainant, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
