O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] This application has been filed by the mother of the detenu to produce the detenu.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the case has been registered against the detenu in Cr.No.191 of 2017 and the investigation is going on.

3.Recording the above submission, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with a direction to the second respondent to proceed the investigation in accordance with law.
