ORDER
Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent.
2. The respondent temple is running an unaided private school in the name and style of Arulmighu Palaniandavar Matriculation Higher Secondary School. The petitioner herein is working in the said school on consolidated pay basis. The petitioner seeks regularization and permanent appointment. The petition mentioned representation has been given.
3. The third respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass final order on merits and in accordance with law within 2/4
a period of five weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as costs.
