Prayer:

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order bearing No.S.129/2015-2016 dated 14.10.2015 passed by the fourth respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the fourth respondent to issue relieving order in favour of the writ petitioner by relieving her as Assistant Professor (Chemistry).

ORDER

The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to quash the impugned order dated 14.10.2015 passed by the fourth respondent and to direct the fourth respondent to issue relieving order.

2.This Court has passed an interim order on 08.03.2016, directing the fourth respondent to issue the relieving order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, enabling the writ petitioner to join duty as per G.O.Ms.No.189, dated 22.07.2015. Pursuant to the interim order of this Court, the writ petitioner was relieved from the fourth respondent College and she had joined in the 5th respondent College. 3.In view of the fact that the writ petitioner had joined in the 5th respondent College, the grievance of the writ petitioner had already been redressed. If at all any other grievance exists for the writ petitioner, it is left open to her to redress the same in the manner known to law.

4.Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
