This petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent to register the case based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 07.03.2016 and investigate the same in accordance with law.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for the respondents.
3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that, on the complaint dated 07.03.2016 by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 21.03.2016. A copy of the closure report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the Bar.
