[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu. According to the petitioner, the detenu is under illegal custody of the respondents 3 and 4. The respondents have produced the detenu, who appeared before this Court and submitted that the third respondent is her aunt and the fourth respondent is her husband/lover. She further states that she is living with her aunt and she is aged about 20 years and this fact is not in dispute and she is working at Chennai. 2. For the above reasons, no further orders are necessary in this Habeas Corpus Petition. Accordingly, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
