[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The detenu is the daughter of the petitioner and she has expressed her terms that she is not under the detention and there is no illegal custody under the fifth respondent. Thus, we find there is no illegal detention.

2.In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed. Since the detenu has expressed some apprehension that minor child would be taken away by force by her family members including the petitioner, we direct the fourth respondent to give adequate protection as and when required.
