ORDER

This Court noticed that this petition was adjourned on many occasions earlier at the request of the revision petitioner. When the matter was called on 24.08.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and no one was connected to represent the petitioner. Again on 31.08.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this Court adjourned the matter by one week. Thereafter, the matter appeared in the list on 09.09.2020. Even on 09.09.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 16.09.2020. Finding that the petitioner did not appear even on 16.09.2020, this Court had directed the matter to be posted under the caption "for dismissal".
