ORDER

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2. The learned Additional Publice Prosecutor (Crl.Side) for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that no any complaint was received against the petitioner and the respondent police have not called the petitioner. The petitioner only sent representation to the Superintendent of Police on 17.12.2024 and the same is pending for consideration. Therefore, filing of petition itself is without any cause of action.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without issuing notice to the fourth respondent, is inclined to pass orders in this petition.

4. According to the petitioner, the third respondent harassed the 2/4

petitioner under the guise of the enquiry, but the third respondent denied the alleged harassment and they have not even received any complaint against the petitioner.

5. Recording the abovesaid submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
