ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police in C.C.No.373 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District, seeks anticipatory bail.
2.The petitioner was absent on 24.10.2016 during the trial in C.C.No.373 of 2014 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai, Kanyakumari District. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.
4.If the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below for future hearings, he is entitled to file appropriate petition under Section 317 Cr.P.C. Even if on one hearing, he is absent and no application is filed for condoning his absence, this order granting anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled.
