Respondent/Defendant/Respondent PRAYER : The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Additional District Munsif, Thirumangalam in I.A.No.462/2018 in O.S.No.38/2015 dated 01/03/2019. ORDER:- This civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon perusing the letter from Additional District Munsif,Tirumangalam in D.No.289, dated 27.07.2021. This Court made the following order:

Today, this case is listed under the caption "Extension of Time for Lower Court".

2.It is evident from the records that this Court vide order dated 30.11.2020, has directed the learned Additional District Munsif, Tirumangalam, to dispose of the matter within a period of six (6) months excluding the summer vacation. The learned Munsif has submitted a letter dated 27.07.2021 through Principal District Judge, Madurai, stating that due to lock down the case could not be disposed of and seeks further three months time for disposal of the said case.

3.Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to extend the time sought for. Accordingly, three months time is granted to the learned Additional District Munsif, Tirumangalam, for disposal of the Suit in O.S.No.38 of 2015 from the receipt of copy of this order.
