ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed seeking for a direction against the respondents No.1 to 3 to provide adequate protection for the petitioner's life and limb for carrying out the Indian Oil Corporations petrol bunk retail outlet by name M/s.Sakthikumaran Agencies. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.59 of 2023 was registered against the fourth respondent and others on 11.04.2023 and it is stated to be pending. Now the grievance of the petitioner is that because of the trouble given by the fourth respondent she happened to discontinue the business and because of non-conducting of business, a communication was received from the concerned Department that they are going to close the business.

3.However, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that again the petitioner had started her business from yesterday. 4.In view of above said submission, the matter has become 2/4

infructuous. In the meantime, the second respondent may call upon the fourth respondent and record a statement or undertaking that he will not make any trouble in conducting the business by the petitioner. 5.With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
