2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner would submit that possession 2/4

of the property was already taken and on that basis, executing proceeding was terminated.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
