[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner is the mother of the detenu.

2.The records produced by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would show that the detenu is married and she has given a complaint against the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions would submit that the petitioner met the detenu in Cuddalore. 4.Be that as it may, since the detenu is married, being a major and also sought for police protection, we do not find any illegal detention.
