ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 307 IPC in Crime No.Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that a case in Crime No.66 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 307 IPC, has been registered against the petitioners.

3.At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
