O R D E R

[Order of the Court by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus to direct the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 10.11.2014, based on the promotion given to his junior / fourth respondent vide letter https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

D.No.8475/2014/A1, dated 19.06.2014, issued by the Principal District Judge, Krishnagiri, within a stipulated time.

2. Mr.S.Visvalingam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has been complied with.

3. Mr.K.Samidurai, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 1 to 3 has produced a copy of the proceedings, dated 30.06.2016, in and by which, the petitioner, who was working as Sherishtadar, in the District Court at Sivagangai, had been temporarily promoted as Chief Administrative Officer, Sivagangai.

4. Recording the same, this writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
