(MD) NO.8878 of 2018 dated 30/05/2018 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.KARTHICK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHADEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8878 of 2018, dated 30.05.2018.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ that except third petitioner, the other petitioners are complying with the condition regularly.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the 1, 2 and 4 to 6 petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
