ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGANAM,J.) Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

2. In terms of a direction issued by us earlier on 16.03.2017, the Inspector of Police has filed his status report from which it is clear that the investigation is proceeded in the right direction and a special team was also formed. Therefore, we find that it is a case of elopement. Hence, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to produce the detenue before the jurisdictional Judicial Magistrate Court as and when she is secured.
