2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent/ Insurance Company submitted that the first respondent had already deposited the entire award amount before the Tribunal. 3.Therefore, the petitioners/Claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount with accrued interest and costs as apportioned by the Tribunal, after adjusting the amount, if any already withdrawn, by filing necessary application before the Tribunal.
4.Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
