:RESPONDENT IN CRP(MD) No.1269 of 2018 PRAYER IN IN CRP(MD) No.1269 of 2018 Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to set aside the order passed in Memo dated 28.3.2018 in O.S.No.78 of 1999 on the file of the District Munsif, Kodaikanal and directing the Trial Court to mark the documents in the fresh proof affidavit filed by the Petitioner which were marked earlier as Ex. A1 to A13 and allow the Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER:

This petition is coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated 26.06.2018 and the letter submitted by the District Munsif Cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, D.No.1566/2018 dated 27.09.2018 seeking extension of time and upon hearing Mr.C.Vakeeswaran Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.I.Sam Jegan, Advocate for the respondents, the court made the following order:

The time sought for by the Court below is granted. 2.The Court below is strictly directed to dispose O.S.No.78 of 1999 on the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal, within a period of three months and report compliance to the Registry, without fail.
