[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The detenue has informed before us that he has not been illegally detained. He is none other than the husband of the petitioner. There appears to be a family dispute between them. employment in Thirupur, apart from the family dispute. Thus, we do not find any illegal detention.

2. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus petition is closed.
