[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The detenue has been produced before us. The petitioner's allegation is that he married the detenue and the same was registered on 15.06.2015. The detenue stated before us that she has not signed in the marriage register and does not want to go https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

along with the petitioner and she is happy to remain with the respondents 3 and 4, who are her parents and she also filed the petition for divorce before the competent Court. Thus, we find that there is no illegal detention. Hence, this Habeas Corpus petition is dismissed.
