ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Mandamus directing the respondents to register First Information Report on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.06.2015 and to proceed in accordance with law.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that a case has been registered in Crime No.678 of 2015, on 17.11.2015. 3.In view of the above submission, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition and hence, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
