PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.F.Deepak, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the respondents. 2.With consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.This writ petition has been filed seeking for writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to direct the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner vide charge memo No.5645/A1/2023 dated 23.06.2023 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 03.11.2025.

4.The learned Special Government Pleader fairly submitted that the respondents would dispose of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner expeditiously.

5.In the light of the above, this Court does not see any reason to go into the merits of the matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the second respondent to conclude the disciplinary proceedings that were initiated against the petitioner by issuing charge memo No.5645/A1/2023 dated 23.06.2023 as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
